This dining area is positioned in the far corner that you see when entering the home, which is a powerful corner. It is also in the area associated with abundance and wealth. However, it felt very weak. While the light in the room is a gift, so much energy was escaping out the windows.

We decided to paint the walls a strong color to hold the energy in and give a feeling of being enveloped in the space. We selected light filtering shades that can close from the bottom up to offer the family privacy at the dinner table while still allowing them to enjoy the light and the view.

We placed a square mirror above the console so people can take a look at themselves when leaving through the back porch door.
